Some of the conditions were able to be applied to existing products. In order to prevent it from falling off, we had to deal with a few issues.

We thought we would name it and apply for the patent to begin with. It was time to have our own product.
We decided to name is 'Wtalk'. It refers "Talk to your customer thru your window"
Then we will find the wat one by one
For easy installation we chose to use the hook this is firm and transparent. Easy visual change can be done by opening the pocket from the top. Using the back panel with visual or white board. For example, the restaurant can write their menu on the board while they still showcase the products through light panel on front at window.
It sounds so easy in writing but the truth is that we had so many ideation and prototypes. In the middle of the process we had a request from Intellectual Property Office for supplementation. The reason they said that it was too simple. Attaching LED panel to the window is nothing special about it. That is what they thought of our idea.
Our patent attorney was not sure how to deal with the request technically
We asked questions instead of raising objections.
‘Is there a such thing as a window attaching LED panel in the world or not? If the product already exists, we cant obtain the patent but if not we are obliged to have it.' that was our arguments.
As everyone is aware with the story of Columbus' egg, the simple solution is meaningless if you can't see it. Our inquiry was granted, and we were awarded the patent. As you may be aware, the product must be the exclusive one in the entire world even if you apply for a patent in a particular county. This means that there is no such product as ours in the world.
We somehow had to develop further even after the patent.
As stated before, the quintessential point was never to fall off. We searched countless double sided tapes and tested. Our standard was as follow. The Wtalk-S’s weight is 1.6kg the hook has 7cm diameter. We aimed this hook to endure up to 5kg for 1 year. We had to test further then the tape comapnies guaranteed. We have to evaluate our abilities. to be certain. We used numerous different sorts of hooks to hang the 5 kg object. We made sure the item was secured with a powerful glue and left on our window for more than a year.
Wtalk-M and L went through the same test.
It took us 3 years to test only for adhesiveness. After locating the ideal option, we developed intricate functions.
